These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the petpkr platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any wager.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register a petpkr account and access any real-money features. By registering, you warrant that you are 18 or older. petpkr performs age verification as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) process and reserves the right to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
2.2 You may only hold one petpkr account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
2.3 It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using petpkr is lawful in your jurisdiction. petpkr makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate in all locations. 2.4 petpkr does not accept registrations from individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the platform or who have been excluded by petpkr for any reason.
3.1 To open a petpkr account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
3.2 petpkr is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Verification ("KYC") requires submission of a government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport) and proof of ownership of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by petpkr may result in account restriction.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your petpkr login credentials. petpkr will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
3.4 petpkr reserves the right to refuse account applications or close existing accounts at its discretion, including where petpkr suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
4.1 All transactions on petpkr are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits via supported methods — including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller — are credited to your petpkr wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
4.2 petpkr does not accept third-party deposits. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources will be reversed and the relevant account may be suspended.
4.3 Withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. petpkr processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes applicable to your account tier. Standard accounts: within 24 hours. Gold tier and above: expedited processing as specified in the VIP Programme terms.
4.4 petpkr reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including source-of-funds documentation, where required by its internal compliance procedures.
4.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed within your petpkr account dashboard.
5.1 petpkr may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal caps, which are stated at the time the offer is presented.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited separately to your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
5.3 petpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of abuse — including but not limited to bonus manipulation, collusion, or use of multiple accounts — petpkr reserves the right to void any bonus and/or winnings derived therefrom and close the associated account.
5.4 One promotional offer per player, per household, per device, and per IP address applies unless otherwise stated. petpkr reserves the right to determine whether multiple accounts or access points constitute a single household or individual for the purposes of promotion eligibility.
6.1 All bets placed on petpkr are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game. These rules are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and form part of these Terms.
6.2 petpkr reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error — including where incorrect odds, prices, or payout structures were published due to a technical error or human error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome or game result, petpkr's decision, based on its records and applicable game rules, shall be final and binding.
6.4 petpkr operates a maximum payout cap per event and per player. Maximum payout limits are displayed on the relevant event or game page and may be updated from time to time.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
8.1 petpkr is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, accessible through your account settings or by contacting petpkr support.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission and, once active, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months. During a self-exclusion period, petpkr will use reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration.
8.3 petpkr strictly prohibits use of its services by individuals under 18 years of age. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be immediately closed and all deposits returned. 9.1 All content on the petpkr platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, text, images, trademarks, and design — is the property of petpkr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any petpkr content without express written permission.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, petpkr and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the petpkr platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, data, or profits, even if petpkr has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.2 petpkr does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to its platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events outside petpkr's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. petpkr shall not be liable for any loss resulting from platform unavailability.
10.3 petpkr accepts no responsibility for the tax implications of winnings in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to declare and pay any applicable taxes on gambling winnings as required by your local laws.
11.1 petpkr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
12.1 petpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or by a notice on the petpkr platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of petpkr following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which petpkr holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through petpkr's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or independent dispute resolution body as specified by petpkr's licence conditions.
